Business Solutions Specialist

About the business

Australia's largest dedicated management consultancy is experiencing considerable growth across all areas. To further support and to keep their high standards during this growth period, they need a Business Solutions Specialist to join their highly driven and motivated team of consultants.

About the role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to deliver and deploy value added services such as; business strategy, business improvement to a wide range of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilising your business improvement skills to discover client needs and develop solutions

  • Be able to engage with business owner & senior managers as a trusted advisor to formulate client solutions

  • Establish relationships which will promote company’s products and services

  • Draft proposals and contracts for clients

  • Complete costings in accordance with company procedures and draft tender applications

  • Cultivate inbound enquiries & referrals

  • Partake in company-wide marketing events and team networking activities

 Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in amanagement consulting or business improvement services role preferablyworking with industrial clientele.

  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification(Lean Practitioner, Green Belt etc.) with an engineering or other relevantdegree (or higher) qualifications

  • Experienced in communicating and presenting to executive management

  • Excellent interpersonal,presentation and selling skills with excellent written and oralcommunication skills

  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to utilise relationships to uncover and develop opportunities

  • Experience managing complex sales proposals with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to quickly understand complex products and broad service offerings
